The Water Supply and Sanitation National Program in Rural Areas (PNEAR) in Rwanda is part of the African Development Bank initiative for the drinking water supply and sanitation in rural areas (IAEAR) and complies with the government's water strategy and policy. As part of the national agenda, it is also in line with the 2020 National Vision, aiming at providing the rural population with a full access to drinking water by 2020. The implementation program is expected to go over a 16-year period and divided in 5 phases up to 2020. The 1st sub-program of the PNEAR corresponds to the start-up phase and covers the 2005-2009 period.
The mission entrusted to SCET-TUNISIE corresponds to the the 2nd sub-program of the PNEAR.
Our mission
Mission 1: Detailed design of the water supply and sanitation system in the districts of Nyanza, Ruhango and Muhanga:
- Masterplans design
- Detailed design
- Tender documents
Mission 2: Supervision of works of one main water supply network and 10 secondary water supply networks as well as the development of 1000 water sources
