Project
The SHERATON GRAND CONAKRY 5* hotel is composed of a central section for the reception and two rectangular sections of 11 floors with 282 guest rooms. It was put into operation in November 2016. The building has problems of humidity and water infiltration that have generated its closure in December 2021.
Our mission
Realization of a general diagnosis of the building and technical systems in particular :
- the air conditioning and air handling system
- the fire safety system
- the wet networks
- networks and equipment of strong and weak current.
