he project concerns the construction of 23 villas (covered area = 14,800 m²) of very high standing, 5 semi-detached lofts (covered area = 1,600 m²) of very high standing and a block of accommodation in R+1 for 72 rooms (covered area = 6,600 m²) including swimming pools, suites and an executive lounge.
Total SHO: 23,000 m².
