Project
Lot 3 of the Abidjan-Lagos motorway corridor crosses the following three countries over a total length of 300 km:
- Togo: from the Ghana/Togo border (Noépé) to the Togo/Benin border (Athiémé): search for a new route (90 km) including the construction of 32 restorations and 5 interchanges.
- Benin: from the Togo/Benin border (Athiémé) to the Benin/Nigeria border (Sémé Kraké): search for a new layout and existing ways (120 km) including the construction of 75 restorations and 11 interchanges.
- Nigeria: from the Benin/Nigeria border (Sémé Kraké) to Lagos: existing roads (80 km) including the construction of 75 restorations and 12 interchanges.
The layout of the transit motorway includes a search for a new route on approximately 70% of the length (cross-section varying from 2x2 lanes to 2x3 lanes depending on the traffic per section) and an upgrading of existing roads to 2x3 lanes on approximately 30 % of the length by providing side lanes for local traffic. The coating is Bituminous Concrete.
Our mission

- Phase 2: Feasibility study and preliminary synthesis
- Phase 3: Detailed technical studies with preparation of technical specifications.
- Phase 4: Financing strategies, construction and management study with the preparation of tender documents to establish operational planning for the construction of the project.
