On 07/09/2022 the inauguration of the Port of Ingles in Maio island took place in the presence of the Prime Minister of Cape Verde, the President of the African Development Bank, the Ambassador of the European Union to Cape Verde, the Representatives of the European Union Commission and the Project Team.
The project aims to contribute to the objective of economic growth and development of the tourism sector in Cape Verde and in particular to improve the level of service of the port of Ingles in Maio as well as the living conditions of the populations in the Project's Area.
SCET-TUNISIE, in association with its local partner, has carried out the Supervision and Control of the extension and modernisation works of the Port from December 2020 to date.
