On the 13th of October 2020, Mrs Anne Ouloto, Minister of Sanitation and Health attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the sustainable improvement program for the sanitation and drainage (PADSAD) in the city of Abidjan.
The Minister as well as the GM, DGM of ONAD, congratulated the SCET-TUNISIA / HYDRO-CO consortium for the quality of the design of the project components: rainwater drainage canals, connection of households to the wastewater network and the sludge treatment plant. The design was carried out between September 2018 and April 2019.
SCET-TUNISIA / HYDRO-CO consortium will ensure the monitoring and control during the works.
