Project
The project concerns the support of the Ministries of Forestry and Mines in their financial and accounting management activities, and in the management of public procurement, the Forest and Environment Sector Program (FESP) and the mining sector reform program.
After observing and assessing the needs and skills available in the institutions concerned by the project, the mission will propose the necessary measures to the Ministry officials and assist them in implementing them.
The specific objectives of the mission will be based on the following themes:
- Budget preparation;
- Budget execution;
- Procurement;
- Administrative accounting;
- Reporting;
- Computerization of accounting and financial management;
- Budget execution control;
- Monitoring and evaluation of the program.
