Project
The project includes 5 components:
- creation of one pharmaceutical manufacture unit
- construction, rehabilitation and equipping of 19 health units (including 7 district hospitals)
- development of a health information system and a human resources information system
- creation of one national center of health equipments maintenance and 3 maintenance regional centers
- construction of the project coordination unit offices
